The immigration law practice of Allan S. Lolly & Associates APC began in 1991. After the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, this office obtained
K fiancee visas for foreign fiancees throughout the former USSR. The practice steadily grew every year. In 1995, increased use of the internet allowed
the firm to expand to cover ALL COUNTRIES of the world. As licensed attorneys, we are authorized to work directly with the immigration agencies
by email, phone, fax and mail. Unlicensed practitioners or overseas "assistants" do not have such advantage. Advancements in technologies gave us better
serviceability of accounts.

By year 2000, the firm handled well over 300 K visas per year. That year, Allan Lolly joined as a law partner and soon began managing the
daily affairs. Allan already had more than 10 years experience as a trial attorney, including his work as a criminal prosecutor on matters
involving overseas business immigration fraud throughout Pacific Rim countries. He was also experienced in
obtaining the fiancee visa for Asian fiancees. Allan's strengths are in legal research, which allows for a more sophisticated law practice,
and to stay current on immigration issues. Over time, the firm implemented a variety of family immigration services clients need, including
spousal visas, green cards, and also advanced services for those with immigration problems such as visa refusals.
Services include immigrating relatives.

Most notably, Allan is a contributing lecturer with AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
AILA is the main nationwide membership of immigration attorneys. He lectures to groups on visa refusals and other immigration topics. Only a small
percentage of AILA attorneys lecture, so Allan is distinguished among his peers in this area of immigration law.

Allan's former law partner moved to Nicaragua beginning in about 2002 where he primarily resided for approximately 8 years in semi-retirement.
To date, the firm of Allan S. Lolly & Associates APC, has successfully obtained over 11,000 fiance visas, spousal visas, green cards, bar waivers,
and other family immigration benefits such as for extended family members. We currently obtain more than 1,400 visas and green cards per year for family members
in more than 130 countries. Allan very likely knows more about marriage-based immigration than any other attorney in the U.S.
Experience counts.
We have a trained staff of 14. Most employees are long-term, having been with the firm for more than 5 years, and making this a very stable and knowledgeable
law practice. Each person in the office has a specialty. We work together as a team. Allan does not separate himself from staff, but instead sits among staff
to increase communication within the office and better serve clients.
Allan S. Lolly is licensed to practice Federal Immigration Law in all 50 states. He holds his license with the California Bar. We are able to work with you right
where you are located, whether in the U.S. or residing abroad. We have a Brick & Mortar business and you are welcome to visit although there is no need to
come in person for us to be able to work together on your matter. I hope you will try us and see what we can offer.
